Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
In order to ensure total satisfaction of our customers, Max Cat offers products that meet the highest demands of quality in food in Brazil and in the world. But, if this does not happen for some reason, the company respects your decision by replacing the product with another equivalent. This policy is only valid for Max Cat Special Premium line.
Conditions and step by step for change:
The change for another product within our line will be held under the following conditions:
1. The consumer must complete the Change Request Form stating reason for the request and providing registration data (full name, address, phone number and ID);
2. When filling out the form, it will be necessary to upload the image of the purchase receipt of the product;
3. After completing the “Change Request Form” the consumer will receive the number of “Change Protocol” and should expect the contact of our local distributor who will spend more information about the exchange;
4. Guarantee 100% satisfaction can only be performed twice every six months;
5. Change only one package at a time;
6. The package must contain at least 70% of its total volume;
7. After receiving the local distributor's instructions:
7.1 The consumer should deliver the product in its original package, at the establishment where it was purchased, stating the number of the change protocol;
7.2 The retailer must give a new product package equivalent to the one returned. If the consumer wishes another item of our line, (s)he may take it by paying only the price difference, if any, between products to the retailer;
7.3 The retailer will then make arrangements with the local Total Alimentos' distributor, presenting the number of the complaint protocol given by the consumer and the product returned;
8. Program destined for final consumers, not including owners of stores and traders;
9. The 100% Guarantee does not cover products with an expiration date of less than 30 days after expiration or outside the conditions set out above.
